No chance of that, I'm going to just go with the flow, even if my wife does keep suggesting Botox.

Now, it's time for me to head off to the land of nod, so I'll thank you all for having me here, and wish you all very good night.

Goodnight.

I know........ But, I forgot Beverley after I joined the army. Then I met the two sisters Wendy and Rosemary......... Their dad was the cook Sergeant. Boy, I saw him every day in the canteen. I heard him talk....... "I know they're seeing a soldier...... if I find out who it is, I'll sort him out.......".....

How am I going to walk back to the car with that bright red gas can without being seen. Because it's super embarrassing & I ran out of gas in front of this guys house who has like 10 friends over drinking beer in the garage. I barely got the car over to the side of the road, got the kids out of the car to walk home & they are all sitting there looking at me over the tops of their beer cans. Ugh.

Plus, I don't even know if there is enough in the can do do any good; I could just get the car started & have it run out again, in the intersection, in front of the guys with the beer. No thank you.

Finally broke my first 2 hour barrier for a 15 mile run this morning!

Spooky thing: I wasn't even trying to break it (01:58:55)!

Happy Days

Congratulations, it would take me 2+ days to run 15 miles.

Thanks

I've been trying to break this 2 hour barrier for about a year. Always finishing with "oh so close" times of 2 hours 2 minutes or 2 hours 1 minute.

But this morning, without even thinking about it, it just happened (I wear 2 watches, and both had times of around 1:58:50)

Not a big deal I suppose, and now I've got to push myself to keep it at under 2 hours

Mornin' Zola....... 15 miles....... Gordon Bennett!!.......... Good for you girl. My running days are well over - I have an iffy left knee. That's my excuse anyway. Besides, I sometimes see guys of a 'certain' age jogging. I look at them and think, "you'll fall over any minute with a heart attack........"....
