Birds of a feather flock together, all over my back yard, my house my antennas, pigeons, don't ya just love 'em.
We get hummers all the time, cool little fellers. An owl comes by and visits late at night and sits in one of our palm trees and gives a hoot or two.
Sounds lovely, nit. Well, except for the pigeons if they're a nuisance. But I think pigeons are beautiful birds and I love their cooing calls.

Our local farm supply sent us a flyer advertising a sale on birdseed -- if you ordered in advance. Hubby ordered eight fifty-pound bags, and yes, they were a bargain, but now all eight are sitting in my mud room! That's okay, we love to watch the birds all winter long. So does the cat from his window.

That's a hoot! (Or a tweet, or a chirp, or whatever. ) That's an awful lot of bird seed. Unfortunately, I don't have the space to store a big supply. I only buy one 20-pound bag at a time.
