Just viewed a studio today - it's unreal how gorgeous it is. Told the marketing agent my preference and they said they'll send my app for approval. Fingers crossed!

How man people so far in this forum has been approved for apartments? And what AMI’s curious to know ?
I believe only 3 have been officially approved, at 80% ami—me included. I think so far only CB has been placed. I know one person has toured, which judging by how this marketing team runs it, means they will be approved. Overall it looks like 4 of us have been through the process. I believe we’re all just waiting on mgmt to reach out with leases.
Oops my mistake! Only two are 80% AMI, so far. I emailed the marketing agent about lease signing. I requested mid September so i don’t have much time to book movers.
