Floorplans look very nice, kitchens are small but living/dining areas appears actually livable. Lots of closet space. If Brooklyn Tower doesn't come through, I wouldn't mind living here. It's across the street on Fulton. Amenities is $62.50 per month/$20.00 per month for bike storage. https://thepaxton-affordable.com/

Not a location for those who like some quiet. There will be tons of big construction for the next few years. Walk around the nabe before you sign and make sure you know your view if not facing Fulton.
