Using Housing Connect 2 is the only way to apply, with the exception of the paper application process which is converted to digital.

I thought the same. It is clear what units are part of the housing lottery.
I swear I was given a lotto number to this yesterday (I even wrote it down) and now it's gone... anyone else experience this?
