It’s a very attractive website. They seem to name the exact units for the lottery. Also they have a nice illustrated guide to the process flow of how the application goes on Housing Connect 2. I hope their page is imitated.

Using Housing Connect 2 is the only way to apply, with the exception of the paper application process which is converted to digital.

I thought the same. It is clear what units are part of the housing lottery.
