I actually do not recall. I move in on Monday so I’ll be sure to let you know then. Unfortunately, in the lease it says tenants cannot paint or wall paper the walls which upset me because I planned on doing wall paper for accent walls. I’m going to inquire about stick and peel wall papering tho.

There is a type of wall paper that doesn’t cause any damages. Look into it

Think I wanna pass on apex they are considering the higher Ami’s as a special preference I just got this info from the case manager so the higher ami’s are going first and everyone else has to wait til god knows when. Although I qualify for the higher ami’s I don’t feel it’s fair they are considered a preference

So, I should be able to use the rental friendly wall paper right? And Wow that is so strange that she said that because I am at the lowest AMI range for their complex. I am 50% AMI so I’m wondering if because I have CB.. that they gave me some kind of a pass or something?

CB means community board (I currently live within the same zip code).

Thank you! I found some peel and stick - I am just wondering if they will even allow me to do that.

I think it’s because of your cb but she said 110% and 140 are a preference and are being called first
