The person handling my file is very discrete about letting information out on approval. But I did hear from the construction guys that the building will be just about ready before January. Anytime now...
That would be a beautiful Christmas gift! I know we got in there. All we need to worry about is what floor? when laundry room opens? And is that done? And what day and time they do they need us to sign our leases. We got this, i know we do.
Hey! are we ready? Well the building is, its having a CO inspection conducted on December 30th. So i guess after it passes the city will issue an temporary of occupancy. We can move in with that. So with finger crossing and some prays. Now, it's just waiting for the management to called.
