Hey -

300's with CB is great. what income band are you? and how many in your household?

I am curious how you were selected in the first place if you did not meet the income bracket to start with...?

Good sign that you got an interview!

Do you mind me asking what apartment you applied for? and under what income bracket? asking cause I am curious about the middle income range they have here...

And Yes from my understanding, as long as you fit into the income bracket now, chances are very high for you, especially with CB preference.

Let me know : )

I have an appeal appointment coming up.
I work for the Board of Education and I am getting a raise starting September 1st, 2017 that would qualify my income.
As of now, my income does not qualify by a couple thousand dollars.

Does anyone know if they would consider my appeal and accept my application if I am transparent and tell them this?
This can all be verified by my employer if they call in in regards to my upcoming raise as well. So everything will check out there.

Thanks in advance!

My log number was 5XXX with CB preference, and I'm interviewing Monday. My income has gone up quite a bit since I applied but I'm still well within the range for a studio or 1-bedroom, so fingers crossed! Anyone have tips about what to expect at the interview? My paperwork is as prepared as it can possibly be and the wait is killing me.

Also, are the odds of getting a place even still realistic at this point if they started interviewing people in May, or is there a wait list in my future? I'm up for a studio or 1BR in band 3 (100% AMI), where there are 3 studios and 6 1BRs available. Thanks and good luck everyone!

Does any one know when people start moving into the building? Is it open already? How long after an interview does one get to move in?
