Somewhat of an update: 5 out of 9 DOB violations cleared up today 1/9/2017 on the buildings BIS website. Any progress is good progress i suppose.

I contacted Cynthia via email today and she told me she hasn't heard any news from the owner. I ask about the requalification proceess. She said that it is a possibility. I requested the guidelines for the process and have not received a response.

Langsam let me down. When they called me about the Jan 15 move in date they said they will keep in touch if anything changes. Its pretty obvious we are not moving in on that date, I wish they would give us a courtesy call and tell us something. If it wasn't for this forum and the knowledge I got through it concerning the buildings certifications, I'd be reserving a Uhaul for Sunday.
