Acetone is a good solvent for Crazy Glue.
If you have nail polish remover, you can experiment with it in order to see if it dissolves the residue on the glass.

Seriously, you need to move. It's been over a month since your first post. How much has this weighed on your mind each and every day? I can't imagine that you can be sleeping soundly. I know you want to stick to 'principles' and get him to stop and/or tossed out. Yes it's a pain to move, but how has your last month+ been? And what is the best case outcome, that he gets tossed in jail for 30 days and maybe tossed out of his apartment? So then you have a creepy guy that is now (more) angry at you and know your car and where you live.

Just move.

There are days when i sleep and there are days when i dont. Its a messed up situation to be in but the last few thousand i had paid my tuition. Im working and trying to save to move. Everyone suggests i move (and i get it) but little elves dont come out from my closet to pack and move my things.

Im not some girl wearing some flowy night gown clutching her pearls and saying "oh i declare". All of these things i keep in mind every minute of everyday im living in this situation. The advice ive asked for was what camera i should use to catch him and what was on my car.

Do you have family or friends that can give you a boost so you can move?

Hey, do a kickstart, "Help me move away from my crazy neighbor".

Hes so loud with the banging that other neighbors have heard it. Property manager knows and sent him a letter (there is a process). I have the letter along with what the neighbor said. Its all documented. Next court date November 10th....it is him vs the state i am not on the stand i am not testifying to anything. It is about him pulling a knife on me.

My friends will help me when i move but like ive said before it costs money and right now its not possible.

Is it possible to get out of the lease early due to the harrassment?

At the minimum, I hope you've filed a restraining order.

Yes the property manager has no problem with me breaking the lease. I have to ask about it. But im not sure how a restraining order would work on someone who lives underneath me.

The best suggestion, although the most inconvenient. Maybe all of us can lend a hand for the move. Just get out of there. 10 people with pickups and SUVs will have you happily relocated away from this nut in less than a day. There are other alternatives, but all are too messy. Uncle Mossberg is only to be called in serious situations, but having a knife in the mix would get me dialing.

Although that is a well-meaning suggestion, I'm afraid after many show up, someone would ask "Where does this jerk live?".Before you know it, he's being smacked about by an unruly crowd. Then this well-intended crowd is now an angry mob and ends up sharing a cell with the jerk.
