Tomorrowland (with George Clooney).

Interesting psyche experiment. I'm waiting to see how many teenage brains the message will impact. It was worth the $25 bucks (for two) and DH and I both enjoyed the movie. The acting, directing, and cinematography were all good, not exceptional, but still good. It was definitely worth watching once, but we haven't yet decided whether or not we'll buy it.

I'm off to watch Still Alice after this post (we own that one) . I must have watched it half a dozen times in the past couple of weeks; it's an excellent, if heartbreaking movie. If I still have time before hubby gets home, I may watch Cake again - also an excellent movie IMO. Jennifer Aniston's performance is outstanding.

Shalom,

Mahrie.

Spoiler
I especially liked the dynamic between the two sisters. The older seeming to dominate in the beginning, then fades toward the end. You can't overstate Julianne Moore's performance, but Kristen Stewart stole the show for me. An easy __ ★★★★

Saw Aloha today
Not that great
Just example of how movie needs more than a name director and good actors
Weak script cuts off all the other factors at the knees...
