Fast and furious 6. Great movie. Nice setup for next movie.
Watched Steel Magnolias. Sad with Julia roberts character. Didn't know was based of someone's experiences.
Superman unbound. DC cartoons are certainly not the super friends. Love the lois lane flippin off Brainiac
Cloud Atlas. Have to watch it again. Trying to connect the dots on the how the different time periods link up. Love the music and how using the actors for different characters.
I knew for a fact "The Internship" was going to suck, but I gave it shot anyway just because I like Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. I was correct in my assumption as it was easily the worst movie I have seen in the theater this year. Not only was it a bad movie, it was really bad representation of Google.
I saw it last night and felt like I had paid $8.50 + cost of popcorn and drinks to sit through a 2-hour Google advertisement. So we've had the Facebook movie and now the Google movie. What's next, the Twitter movie or the Youtube movie?

I love Mikael Persbrandt, the bad boy heart throb of Swedish celeb film society. You'll love him in a trilogy (the 3rd hasn't yet been released on DVD & the 2nd isn't English subtitled yet)... Hamilton, In the Interest of the Nation (Found by it's Swedish title... "Hamilton: I Nationens Intresse"). I normally don't care for action movies, but this series of films are brilliant.
As a note, the awfully boring trailer does it no justice & that equally awful music isn't in the film... More than 3/4 of the movie is in English, the rest is Swedish/Arabic with English subtitles. Hope you get a chance to see it... we're anxiously awaiting Part II on DVD.

I liked the Facebook movie. With the Google movie, I couldn't get through the bloody horrible trailer. I like Vaughn, too, but it's long passed boring when 2 over-40 yr old men are still touting adolescent characters... pathetic, really.
Ah, Twitter... now that's a great movie... actors can only speak 140 characters at a time.
YT... would be great, but movie goers will continually report it for spam & theatres will keep taking it down.
We saw We Steal Secrets this weekend... the Wikileaks movie for those who haven't heard of it. Very good, but I've also seen a fair amount YT movies (at least 1/2-dozen, a dozen interviews & 1/2-dozen round table discussions including Assange) on the same subject, all very good, but some even better than this.
Of course, each has its own slant either towards or against Assange. Best to judge for oneself. Loved it, but as I've been immersed in WL material from the beginning (starting to become over-saturated, actually), it wasn't anything I didn't already know. Another note is it was filmed before Manning came up for trial, so anything beyond Julian being in the embassy for a few months isn't included. Still, extremely well done & compelling.
I just finished season one of Star Trek(1966) and now im watching Star Trek: the motion picture.
