Safe Haven. It was my wife's turn for a netflix dvd, and I had to sit down and watch this chick flick. it wasn't all that bad, and Julianne Hough is easy on the eyes.

The last movie I saw was Knuckleball. It's a documentary about the last two (at the time) knuckleball pitchers in baseball, Tim Wakefield and R.A. Dickey. If you're interested in baseball you'll enjoy it.

The really good foreign movies I just saw:

The Bicycle Thief AKA Bicycle Thieves
(Italian - 1948) and In a Better World (Danish - 2010)

Both are recommended to those who enjoy somewhat slow but powerful, emotional dramas.

Man of Steel: IMHO, I give it a score of 9.5 out of 10 as far as action movies goes.

I saw that earlier this year...it was terrific! Got great reviews, but didn't seem to stay in the theatres that long for some reason. Very good cast: Jude Law, Rooney Marra, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Channing Tatum.

Here's the trailer: http://www.sideeffectsmayvary.com/

This Is The End, hilarious, these guys are a little bit too over the top crude for me, but still hilariously funny. But probably more so if you are a fan of this troupe. I'd be happy to sit through it again.
