I watched Black Swan for the first time on Netflix last week. It was aptly described as a psychological thriller and had received good reviews, but I wasn't sure whether it would be for me. It ended up being something I enjoyed.
I watched I love you Phillip Morris. FANTASTIC IMO.. NOt ur typical Jim Carrey movie (can't say I'm the biggest fan of him) but this character is so unlike the others he's played and its all a true story about one of americas greatest con artists Steven Russell(this guy makes the Catch me if you can character look like an amature )
Thx for heads up on I LOve You Phillip Morris. I will check it out on Redbox. I think they have it. I am like you, Jim Carrey can be a bit much but I do think he is very talented. I can only take him in small doses. I loved the movie, Catch Me If YOu Can. Somehow, it was very appealing to me and I have watched it several times. Another one who I think is wonderful talent is Leonardo DiCaprio, though I do think he can be a snit sometimes.....LOL
Watched The Machinist last night. Christian Bale looked so emaciated.
Isn't that dangerous? I couldn't concentrate on the story because of his cadaverous look! I guess I could say he played the character too well.

Bunraku-Kill bill wannabee. Not bad thought. Lot of good actors in it. Demi Moore, that woody guy from cheers. Some other people i recognize but cant put a name too.
I just finished watching "All Good Things". Loved it. Great story and (as usual) terrific acting by Ryan Gosling. Kirstin Durst was great, too.
