Cat People

I Walked With A Zombie

Good, but I have never thought either were great. The Body Snatcher is Lewton's best film, by far. And I always thought the poorly named The Curse Of The Cat People excellent. And The Isle Of The Dead. Karloff......

"The Carey Treatment"
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068337...1?ref_=nv_sr_1

An oldie and a goodie, think I saw it on TV and always wanted it in the collection, so I eventually got it. It's rather interesting when you think you have read the book, too, and you strive to recall things that happened in the book that didn't happen in the movie.......so I recall, "Blinded by their religion!".

Sleepers (1996) - IMDb

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117665

Sleepers is a 1996 American legal crime drama film written, produced, and directed by Barry Levinson, and based on Lorenzo Carcaterra's 1995 novel of the same name. The film stars Kevin Bacon, Jason Patric, Brad Pitt, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Minnie Driver and Vittorio Gassman.

Decided to go back in the 'way back' dvd collection. I hadn't watched this since I originally acquired it; time sometimes and somehow changes one's perspective on circumstances.
