The Intruder with Dennis Quaid. A thriller, which is one of my favorite genres of movie.

"Did not check my watch once." That is a good indicator. I like Stephen King's books, but thought the movie It was a disappointment. I was hoping for a good scare, but an evil clown that lives in the sewer under the streets and snatches kids from the gutters, just didn't seem realistic and if it's going to be scary for me, it has to be realistic. Someone breaking into my home, could happen and would be scary if it did. The Evil Clown, not so much.

I'm not sure I can talk my husband into going to another Stephen King movie. lol

We watched Blindspotting last night. A black guy with three days left on probation and his volatile white friend work for a moving company in Oakland, California. Gentrification, racism, violence, comedy. Definitely worth watching.

The Danish Girl (2015)

I had no idea this type of surgery was attempted that far back. Apparently they took a lot of liberties with the story (what else is new), but, either way, I have to say I kind of ended up feeling more sorry for the wife. I'm not even trying to make a comment on the subject matter; it's just that the whole movie left me feeling sad, for both characters involved.

Amazing Grace (2018). Live 1972 Aretha Franklin (documentary directed by Sydney Pollack) concert footage that was never released until now. Gospel recorded in a church, so don't expect R E S P E C T. First word in the title says it all. Netflix dvd. 9/10.

Rented Peanut Butter Falcon from Red Box. Kept our interest. Maybe 4/5? Didn't get to see all those in the movie until end credits. Ah, I do remember the early years of WWF. An older version of Jake "The Snake" Roberts appears at very end of the movie for any fans out there.
