You watch a lot of movies.
Too bad you don't rate them (or you don't share the rating here).

Good movie! The remake is crap.

LaLa Land. I thought it was good although I don't like musical movies, fortunately this one is not strictly so which made it more natural acting. I like the role of Ryan Gosling he acted well, whereas Emma Stone acted too over the top.

Saw "Sense of an Ending" w/Jim Broadbent and Charlotte Rampling, Michelle Dockery, Harriet Walters (great!!) Emily Mortimer (still an underrated actress) and Matthew Goode in a throwaway part...
Intertwining movie about a man and his younger self and mistakes they both made...
Have to pay attention--very short pieces that you miss if you aren't on task...
Charlotte Rampling can convey so much menace by just releasing her breath...
I went with 2 others and we all had questions that were not answered by the movie's last scene--
Don't know if the book is more revealing but I doubt it...
That is unsatisfying---not the acting which was great--enjoyed the scenes of London...

We just watched Mrs. Henderson Presents with Judi Dench. Different, but we ended up liking it a lot.

The Bloody Judge (1970) - IMDb

Bought it during my Christopher Lee kick. A flick back when whips and chains were fun before they made them all too gory.

Finished Journey to the Far Side of the Sun (1969) - IMDb during the main meal today.

An old favorite and one I could watch now that I have the blu ray installed.

Of course, after this flick, the Andersons did "UFO" and one of the problems for stations with that show was that they didn't know how to schedule it. As a children's show? As an adult's show?

Well, looking at "Journey..." again today, saw some things that should have alerted them that they weren't dealing with "Stingray".
