My friend went to see The Shack today and she liked it--but she is religious
We didn't want to go see it at all--we aren't religious

We saw "United Kingdom" tonight--
It was good--not great--but good--
Unknown look into history since didn't know this story before the film...

Have seen The Crown S1 which starts w/ Elizabeth's rather unpopular marriage to Phillip--a man w/o a country who got a made up title...and they were on state trip to Africa when her father King George died--
It was interesting to see Elizabeth's attitude toward the African people and their king vs Phillip's

Deadpool.

Man, that was an awesome movie! So dang funny. Ryan Reynolds played it perfectly! If you have not seen it yet, i highly reccomend it--not appropriate for children though

It took me over a year to finally watch it. It just seemed a little corny to me, much like Guardians of the Galaxy. I've since seen both at least 5 times each, and every time I watch them I catch something new.

Ryan Reynolds nailed it in Deadpool for sure. There is just so many great one liners, and don't forget the unicorn..LOL

The Deadpool character comes across as obnoxiously gay, and I don't have anything against gay people, I just don't choose to watch films with characters saying graphically gay things.
Not my cup of tea, and not my style of humor.
Same deal as "The Interview".

Red Sonja (1985) - IMDb
Beware of watching such flicks when you have been in furs and ancient weapons the day before.

"Moon" for the 15th time. Sam Rockwell is amazing. Great movie.

Its a shame I saw "Moon" before I began rating films.
I saw it in 2009, and began rating films in 2010.
I wonder what I would have given it, because I remember thinking it was one of the best sci-fi films ever.
I don't remember the ending, so I'll re-watch it maybe (but I almost never watch a film twice, and hard to rate a film fairly the 2nd time).
