"Alice: Through the Looking Glass". 5/10 Hard to determine how to fix this one, it might not be possible. But it's still somewhat fun in places.

Risen; we watched it twice! I didn't have high expectations going in, but DH wanted to watch it, so we did. Now we own it, LOL!

Joseph Finnes (brother of Ralph Finnes) gave an outstanding performance as the lead character, a Roman procurator. I don't believe anyone else has made a movie about the resurrection of Christ from this kind of perspective. I recommend it highly! Having lived in Jerusalem, and thus knowing its reality, the heat, the humidity, the sand, sand, and more sand, I think it's the most authentic movie I've seen on the subject.

The last film I saw that did Jerusalem justice was Ridley Scott's The Kingdom of Heaven, back in 2000.

Cheers,

Jesse.

Watched Barrymore last night. It didn't hold my interest but at least it was short.
