"Muriel's Wedding" was maybe the greatest film of all time that rested on that side of the rather fuzzy "comedy" line. I can't think of anything else that even comes close. It blurred the distinction between laugh and cry.
Muriel's Wedding is definitely on my list, as is Little Miss Sunshine. I like Undercover Blues, Who's that Girl and Three Musketeers (Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland)
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (original)
My Stepmother is an Alien
O Brother Where Art Thou
Blazing Saddles
Blue Brothers
Animal House and
Fargo
The Gods Must Be Crazy
Several by Mel Brooks- - - Silent Movie, Young Frankenstein, History of the World 1&2
How To Succeed In Business, Without Really Trying
Airplane
Three Stooges Shorts
Lil Rascals

Interesting. I probably have the widest variety of humor of anyone I know, and that movie wasn't funny to me at all. Instead I found it cruel and disgusting. But I didn't find "Fear and Loathing In Vegas" funny, either. I'm known to get unpredictable.
Let's see, there is way too many, but here are some i found funny:
All of the National Lampoon's Vacations
Animal
Animal House
Little Miss Sunshine
Major Payne
Naked Gun (all 3)
Rat Race
Blazing Saddles
Weekend at Bernie's
Meet the parents
Hot Chicks
Knocked Up
Some like it Hot
Can't think of any more right now....
