Hard to narrow it down to five but will give it a whirl:

1. Borat. I thought I'd hate it and wouldn't watch it for about eight months after it was released on DVD. I just didn't like his Ali G character at all and wasn't impressed with the trailer. Man I was wrong. This movie always has me rolling wiht laughter.

2. Scary Movie. I don't know just something that really cracks me up about it. I love horror films and loved the satire. Hated SM2, Loved SM3, and hated SM4. I guess if it keeps going on that pattern I'd love a SM5 haha.

3. Not Another Teen Movie. What can I say I love slapstick. Great mocking of those 80's movies I loved and watched a ton growing up.

4. Super Troopers. Hilarious on every level. Great characters and great moments.

5. Kingpin. Great cast and many funny moments! Looks like all five of my films are slapstick comedies

Just missed out: Loaded Weapon 1 (Probably should be there instead of Kingpin), Beerfest, Super Basketball, South Park Movie, Reno 911 Miami, Shaun of the Dead, Fido, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, A Fish Called Wanda, Brain Doners, Strangers with Candy, Jackass, Big Trouble in Little China, One Crazy Summer, Groundhog Day, Student Bodies, Joe Dirt, Hot Shots, and The Naked Gun.

Funniest movie I ever saw, and it hasn't been mentioned yet:

"Galaxy Quest"

"Starship Troopers" is very funny if you are watching it on a holiday afternoon with my brothers-in-law and their kids, but otherwise, maybe not.

Every movie is a comedy, if you pretend you're a robot on MST3K.

I'm ashamed to say this, but I find Encino Man endlessly amusing.

Have you thought about talking to someone about that?

The Big Lebowski - John Goodman and Jeff Bridges are awsome...John Turturo.
Fargo - so many hillariously uncomfortable moments + William H. Macy and Steve Buceimi.
Dumb and Dumber - meets the one true benchmark of a good comedy that is seldom met: is funny from start to finish.
Starsky And Hutch - Vince Vaughn is the one guy who can play himself in every movie and still be funny. Dukes of Hazzard would have probably been a good comedy had it been the Owen Wilson/Ben Stiller vehicle that it begged to be. instead they ended up with Ashton Kucher and Stiffler .
My Cousin Vinny - people tend to forget just how funny this movie was.

hon. mention:
Little Miss Sunshine - almost too good of a movie to be categorized as a comedy.

I tried to rep you again for this but must "spread it around" LOL

IMO one of the best scenes is when they are on Hibiscus Island and Rhonda tells Tanya that her friend was "****ing" Chock LOL and they are doing the talent show (ABBA) and Tanya looks at her friend who simply barely raises her eyebrow at her and brings on another fist fight... toooooooo good.
