Anything in the Dumb and Dumber/Hangover/Jackass class.
In general, if the trailer contains a scene of somebody falling down or somebody in a ridiculous costume, it is guaranteed to be absolutely un-funny. Those kinds of sight gags are NEVER found in a truly funny picture.

As far as the person who said British comedies...Are you effing serious? What you can't find one British comedy you like? Not a Monty Python flick or Shaun of the Dead or A Fish Called Wanda?
Okay I'll admit that Joe vs the Volcano was pretty corny, but for my money the worst comedies are those Scary Movie/Supehero Movie/Date Movie films that get churned out every month by some film factory. Just **** poor ripoffs on the old Airplane/Naked Gun formula. Also Tom Green's Freddy Got Fingered was amazing for it's awfulness.
The Disaster/Date movies and the like are really, really unfunny. I find most of Judd Apatow's films to be unfunny and stilted slacker films; just really bad stuff.

I agree with you on all counts.
The worst comedy ever made is ISHTAR. And I saw it in the theater. I'm so ashamed.

I like Apatow's early stuff alot. Especially his TV shows. But beginning with Knocked Up, he just got mean and unfunny.
