Three Extremes- Asian horror trilogy film, the one story "Cut" totally upset me so much I wanted to destroy the DVD. I can handle a lot of horror... but uuuuggghhhh it still makes me feel sick whenever I think of it
-"Cannibal Holocaust". I still can't look at a turtle w/o remembering this movie. they really did kill the animals in this movie, which disturbed the crap out of me when I found out (I thought it was just really good special effects )
-both versions of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" creeps me out, but the first one gave me nightmares. ditto "The Hills Have Eyes"

reminds me of the "guinea pig" series. I've never seen any of these movies, but I heard they were horrific
Angel Heart freaked me out. DeNiro truly was the devil in that movie.
The ending, which takes place in a seemingly mundane setting, is one of the most terrifying ever for me, perhaps because of the setting. A clanking old time elevator.
I remember reading about how DeNiro, during the filming, was avoided by others on the set, as he had so taken on the role he was playing
