The problem with this is due to Comcast owning Universal, NBC and Comcast, this could easily be a monopoly. Let's face it, Comcast is a tv provider and would purchase a movie studio, a television studio, national and local cable stations (FX, FXX, FX Movies and Fox Sports affiliates like FSAZ). While I am a the of Disney and admit Disney would get the same, they wouldn't achieve the level Comcast would.

It's a monopoly either way you cut it, whether it's Disney's or Comcast's.

Disney wouldn't be nearly as much of one though. There wouldn't be strong arming like Comcast can do. Plus as Xfinity grows, who's to say they do not try pulling the networks from other providers like maybe At&T could do with Time Warner channels (CNN, HLN, TBS, TNT)?
