You know what this massive discussion is missing? Commentary from a Catholic priest.
In all seriousness, this is pretty good commentary. My favorite line: "Wonder Woman is the hardest character to get right. Batman and Superman? The easiest characters to get right, and DC totally got 'em wrong. Wonder Woman? The hardest character to get right, and DC nailed it."

I am actually glad we got this over the weird one Joss Whedon wanted to do in 2006. That would have been a bad bad film, even worse than Green lantern.
WB has already moved RatPac's offices off the Warner lot.
Don't worry. They're not stupid enough to let Gal go. The movie would be cancelled. No woman will step in with all the hoopla going on with Weinstein, Ratner, Toback, etc.
Until that story, I hadn't even realized Ratner was in any way involved with the movie --- although it sounds like he didn't do much more than sign and cash checks.
I knew Ratner was an untalented hack of a filmmaker. I hadn't realized he was such a slime until all these recent reports came out.

It wasn't Ratner himself so much as his production company, RatPac Entertainment. Nevertheless, it's his company.
I'm more disappointed in hearing the stories about Ratner than Weinstein or Toback. No, Rat's not a model director by any means, but who's going to deny those first two Rush Hour movies kicked ass?
They will get rid of Ratner at least I hope so like Gal or not she IS Wonder Woman anyone else isn't going to make the cut.
Gal isn't going anywhere. You can take that to the bank (WB certainly intends to).
