For a great change in taste, bake the potatoes but not complete. Cube them and fry lightly in olive oil on high heat, then turn it down and add sausage and the rest.

I am happy to report that for the first time ever, we are driving a rig that was actually made in this century !
My old pick up that we have been driving for the last 21 years is gone.
Now all I need is a pair of sandals and sunglasses that were made in this century.
We got our snow shovel sharp enough to make Montana shaved ice from our driveway and just when I have it shaved down to brown it starts snowing again.
Here are photos I took yesterday of the Lower Flathead River with some ice floating on down.
At one point all this ice jammed up and caused a surface ice dam. The noise was loud as the ice kept cramming tighter and tighter.
The jammed up portion was moving at about 1 mpg.

These are the little ice floes cruising downstream heading towards the jam-up.

This is the slowly moving ice jam-up. creaking, snapping and crackling it's way on down the river.
No ice fishing on this stuff.

Rickers, your meals always looks great, even when it's something I wouldn't eat (spicy Mexican food, ugh!) Wonderful eye for presentation, really. Sometimes I wonder why you're not getting rich running an artsy-fartsy restaurant!
