Yeah, I was thinking closer to the 150-200 unit mark. It can be really expensive to convert a 1980s office building into residential. They would probably have to have a higher number of units to justify it.

The DMA newsletter has the Riverview conversion project pegged at "around" 130 units.

The article mentiownd local chain restaurant owners. So I hope that they keep the chains away.

I was told awhile back that it was the owners of Biergarten that was getting into it. Don't know if that qualifies as a chain anymore but if it still is them then it's going to be a different concept. at one point I heard italian/pizza and then i heard Bbq. this was a while back so don't take my word for it
