Another new housing development is coming to one of the oldest neighborhoods in the state , Detonti. I hope they do right with architecture as far blending with the surrounding area.

I just saw all of the developments on the Civic center property in the attachments. It's a.azing how much wasted space is surrounding it.

A BBQ place named Velvet Ditch will be opening in the Ice Box building in Church Street East.

Downtown can use another bbq spot. I wish Jim n nicks would put a location Downtown. So did they the Ice Box close or is it a collab ?

The building had an additional space for lease. Ice Box is still open.
