Weight gain on anti depressants and anti anxiety drugs can lead to some extra pounds at first- best thing to do is have a daily exercise routine; and stay way from bad foods. Exercise in itself really helps- I go to the gym and socialize as well- which truly helps.
Gardening also relieves stress for me- and cooking is incredible therapy really.
Just make sure what you cook is healthy.
Feeling really much better this week actually; the issues of last week have been resolved. As I have said before the meds 'got me through' that tough period and I am feeling chipper again.

some of your posts. Vitamin P (skytrekker may know) is helping me right now
.
major depression is serious so I just want to urge people to talk about it- my grandmother lived in the stigmatized 1900's
when a person is sad or depressed they shouldnt feel ashamed to seek treatment. (Even today the media portrays Katie Couric as a survivor of this-lol- there are millions undiagnosed, and suffering) . I feel it is a major medical issue still avoided in the media.
