And it was just announced that he has a fever.
And taken to Walter Reed. "As a precaution" of course...

Your right. That show was pretty close. I liked it, disappointed it was cancelled but felt it was trying too hard in the final season. It felt like the didn’t have any plot for the FBI agent lady but tried really hard to keep her in the show.

Did anyone notice our state entirely skipped over the 600s in terms of positive counts in recent months. We were in the 200s and 300s last month, then the 400s and 500s until two days ago, then we had 708 yesterday and now 753 today. That is one heck of a jump. I hope we are not losing control again.

Well - obviously the RO is well above one (I saw one report that it was the second highest in the nation - and I think that was before this jump). So without more restrictions, it will get worse, much worse, especially since more restrictions were just relaxed. I can't believe that a state with some of the best hospitals and universities in the nation and the world is so foolishly careless. Especially since MA reopened fairly late and slowly. Biogen and the early first wave was to some extent bad luck. This time there is no excuse.

It's clearly the colleges. Same in RI (and probably every other state).

Hospitalizations are up as well. I’m assuming most of those are people in higher risk categories, so I wouldn’t necessarily put the blame on colleges per se

College kids aren't in a college bubble. They're out and about, frequenting businesses, and potentially spreading it to all age groups.

Updated physician letter: https://twitter.com/PressSec/status/1312234451657805824

"I am happy to report that the President is doing very well. He is not requiring any supplemental oxygen, but in consultation with specialists we have elected to initiate Remdesivir therapy. He has completed his first dose and is resting comfortably."

And new tweet:

That's the least sure he's ever been about a tweet.

I do wish him good health and a speedy recovery—so our government won't be destabilised and he ends up in prison.
