You can't deny vaccine passports are draconian and authoritarian when used to prevent people from buying food or participating in society. It's a form of medical discrimination. It's a form of segregation also.

I think vaccine passports should be required to get on a plane.

It is. You can’t fly internationally without proof of vaccination.

Google is cutting pay for fully remote workers.
Too bad this doesn't work in reverse. Offer to relocate to a HCOL city and get a pay bump.

Not sure how well that would work in a high cost of living city these days. Sure you get a pay bump but with prices not sure it's worth it.

Yes. I could state this more harshly, but it's segregating the safe & healthy from the careless spreaders. The kind of segregation I like. And there's nothing prohibiting that in the law!

It does for people who can afford it but weren’t because the office was too far out. When I moved to Boston, it put me an hour away from my office out by 495 and raised my COL. Someone who stayed out in a town like Groton or Westford for proximity to office but wanted to live in a Boston or Cambridge could possibly now do so and get an extra little something for doing something they wanted to do in the first place.

100%. We'd then keep the riffraff from the low vax%, low masking states from going cross-country spreading this damn thing! Sure they can still drive...but won't travel that far.
