Well darn it all. I was gonna load up the old pickup truck with some junk and more beer, and drive over and party with ya.
i might have a party when he's gone.and if he takes his houes of the market this fall.im gona have the biggest red neck hick party this state has ever seen i will go down and pick people off the streets big ones lil ones buck teeth ,no teeth ,one teeth cosin lovin dog kissen people and party in the field across from his house.
the nyorker put his house up for sale yesturday.so if i want him gone there will be no more sitting down by the road and drinking beer in my lawn chair with my greasy coveralls on.i might even mow the side of the road clear past his house to make it look more presentable for byers.
I think we need some clarificashun here - is this a bad nyorker or jest a regular nyorker?
Well Maineah you have every right to do what you want Heck with that much land in the family under Maine Law you can hunt it without a license as long as you only shoot bucks so the neighbors should be glad your just target shooting and not hunting all season long. I have a neighbor that wont let me be we even had our land surveyed because of her and she still is not happy and keeps moving the site pins to where she thinks her land is. The Forest Service was called on me 3 times by her because of this so now me and a few of my friends are building a small hunting camp on the back side of my land (I got 21 acres) and she is making a stink about that with the town hall but the selectmen told her there is nothing they can do about it as long as it is just a 4 wall structure with no modern hookups then they wont even tax me for it and this ticked her off. But then her being from away and a tree hugger and animal rights activist this just does not work in these small towns in Washington County. I say if you cant live with us then go back to the town you came from.

I agree with you 100%. Some of these folks find they really do not have the power to change the locals way of life after they move in. They may try ,though after they see the local police and town officials are constantly siding against their complaints they either learn their boundries or move away. The folks across the street are moving (if they havent already) and we'll see who comes in behind them.
I will continue to be a good neighbor but I will not conform to someone elses idea on how to run my life as I see fit.

amacop, in Maine it is a felony to move or remove pins that were established by a licensed surveyor.
