5-9am loop.

I see 1-3" has fallen at the Maine coast. Wonder what Bar Harbor got.

Also note that purple band. Small narrow areas seeing some heavy snow rates under that.

We have about 2 inches here on the Trans Maine Trail. I just got this post on fb from a paramedic that I know:

"Anyone traveling this morning, slow down!!!!! I95 south of exit 180 is shut completely down both ways due to a very bad accident. Unknown details. At least 10 cop cars and multiple other first responders in scene. Be careful and MOVE OVER for emergency vehicles!”

In Maine we can leave our studded snows on until April 30. On May 1 they are illegal.

10am-2pm loop. Watch those heavy purple bands and then the reports that come in from there. 5-8" snow total because of it.

Looks like its clearing from West to East. Beautiful sun and 60s here finally.

Look off to the West though. Is that a shortwave? Clouds and maybe some moisture coming tonight/tomorrow for you guys?

We got slammed pretty good in Princeton with about 10 to 11 inches. Then it all stopped, we cleared the driveway with the blower, and warmth continued. Heavy compressed snow pack now.

More snow chances Friday night and again Monday night.

The cold is lasting longer than any warmth that comes in.

I hear you on that. Since February I kept saying "Spring is here, just around the corner". I'm still saying that though. Sleeting here right now and I had to light the stove. Not normal for here.

In fact, you guys have had more above normal temps than us here. Go figure.

We have had continuous snow for over six months now. The rivers are rising. We have more snow in our forecast.

It's been insane to follow there. You'll have to migrate south if it continues. lol

Snow moves in Monday morning and snows all day Monday and into Monday night. NUTS.
Could be 6"+ new snow across northern half of the state.
