I'm talking mainly housing.

- There's no state income tax in FL.
- Jobs pay a lot less than here in LA.

Miami is LOADED with modern high rises for housing. many of which are affordable.

why can't LA do the same? corruption? stupidity? democrats?

Housing doesn't = infrastructure. This post makes no sense. Just another nonsensical troll post by OP

Cocaine money, and Florida does not have SoCal great climate. More people still want to live in SoCal than South Florida.

The State is run better.

Plus, CA along the coast is more desirable.

However CA has more leaving than moving in from other States and FL is just the opposite because many are seeing better governance worth the extra heat and humidity.

Is that real? How come the traffic situation keeps getting worse? Do people drive two cars at a time now, with self-driving cars and all?

It's probably a combination of what you've just listed.

Inept politicians of L.A., greed, laziness.....

It's all about being nice and PC in L.A. which is why some of the roadways and freeways are run-down, and the road constructions take forever to complete.

You obviously haven't been in LA for a long time nor spent any real time there!

I used to live in L.A. and attended college in L.A.

the politicians are idiots. There is this culture in L.A. where it's "cool to turn a blind eye" to problems. It's all about ignoring issues just to not hurt people's feelings.

It's okay, I only visit my sibling in L.A. on certain occasions. Otherwise, I would never go back to live in L.A. It's a mess.
