Trying to find out what needs to happen in this instance. I am hoping that maybe there is someone out there that knows the answer.
My daughter, who is a US citizen married to a Canadian and living in Canada would like to work in the US occasionally. I am sure this is possible but I cannot find anywhere what would need to be done. She is a legal landed immigrant in Canada and has been for many years.
She has not worked in the US since she moved to Canada. I think she did file US taxes at a point when she inherited a US relative's 401K but I think that was the only reason.

Any help would be appreciated.
She needs a work visa.
There are many different kinds. She needs to secure employment in the US first and then her employer will fill out the paperwork.

yeah - this.
there shouldn't be any issues considering this is her country of citizenship.
