I hate skylights so roof windows NO WAY!
I think the comment may have been tongue in cheek. If not I am flabbergasted that anyone would call Costco snobbish.

I compared it to the one at 215 and Decatur. Costco is one of my favorite stores period

How does a Costco come across as snobbish? We go to the one at 215 and Charleston and have never felt that it is. Some of the nicest people work there.

Or are you commenting on the Summerlin attitude so many have about that area of LV?

The customers and employees have vast differences in attitudes between the stores in my opinion

I've never been to the one at Decatur so I can't compare, but I've never had any problems or seen any "attitude" from employees over here. And customers? Well, there are aholes everywhere. Some days I meet a few there. Some days I meet a few other places. I just take it in stride. I always figure people who act like that have a self worth problem and have to make up for it by being jerks. None of them realize everyone is laughing at them.

They're everywhere.

I don’t even believe he will buy in Vegas.
Well, even if not, at least we have an expert on Vegas around in case we have any questions.

Excellent!

Is Summerlin greener than the Mohave Desert?

In case I have questions, I realize to ask my relatives because the people here have iffy opinions on what is the best area. Obviously a difference of opinion that can’t be reconciled by anything but chalking it up to different tastes.

And LO-freaking-L about doubting I would buy?! Are you joking? I have a million dollar down payment that says otherwise. I’ll be in Vegas by 2020, and hopefully sooner. I can’t wait.

You have a million dollar down payment but you can't leave a city you absolutely hate for 3 years? Umm ok
