Nobody said Summerlin doesn’t have some nice homes, a quick Zillow search proves that. But listing even 200 wealthy people is meaningless, there are 100,000 people in the Summerlin area! How does your brain process this information and come up with that?! Lol. It’s like finding a container of a dozens eggs and I say there are a bunch of broken eggs and you point to 1 egg that isn’t broken and say, “There’s a non-broken egg so ha!!” My point was simple - if it was that affluent or great of an area there wouldn’t be ANY Uber drivers who live in the area. I’m not saying that’s realistic but I am saying the name “Summerlin” doesn’t mean anything, doesn’t stand for rich or affluent, if even one waitress or one Uber driver can afford to live there. That wouldn’t be the case at The Ridges in Summerlin for instance, so you clearly have to narrow it down to Summerlin isn’t a special area whatsoever but there are parts of it that are.

My aunt was a real estate agent in both OR and NV for her entire life, and more than 15 years in NV. She never saw the appeal of Summerlin and I sure didn’t either. I don’t agree whatsoever that you could find anything similar in Summerlin to Green Valley because there’s simply not the same feeling at all. There’s a feeling of complete boredom being so far from civilization or any sense of having convenient retail and restaurants
Sorry my friend but from inside the tracts you would never know which one you are in. Particularly the upper end tracts in GVR are virtually identical to those in Summerlin.

And I can find you vast tracts in GVR where there resides Lyft and Uber drivers. In fact try right across Paseo Verde from the District.

There are many private business owners who live in Summerlin, you heard of their companies but not of them.

Many sold businesses and retired. Not everyone works cause they have too.

Copperfield's residence is located in the very exclusive Country Club Hills of Summerlin North on TPC Summerlin. There is no other community in Las Vegas that can match the beauty and amenities of Summerlin North, West or South.

You are never going to be rich enough to look down on everyone else, and you are never going to have enough to forget the wealthier, prettier, and more affluent around you. While you are pretentious, and seeking to surround yourself with wealthy, affluent neighbors, keep in mind that the people next to you, or higher up the hill from you, are looking down at you and whispering about how the neighborhood is blighted by wannabes living in $2 mil properties.

I’m baffled by the whole thing so I’ll have to chalk it up to personal preference.
You were the very trumpet blasting the Summerlin song over and over again on the forum. It might be better to just stop typing on the subject--although your posts are fun to read.

Looking forward to the next chapter!

Nic Cage visits Downtown Summerlin often. I've seen carrot top and his GF at Kona grill in Boca Park a few times. I don't know where he lives though. Doesn't Santana live in the Ridges? My husband sees him driving a fararri around every now and then.
