Cut them down and turn them into paper or lumber for arcade cabinets

I don’t know how anyone has the Internet or a TV and sees where they could be living - a beautiful place with great weather - and chooses instead somehow to live in a cold, miserable, snowy, rainy environment. We should study these people, must be something going on lol.

Summerlin is incredibly green. My friend who moved there a year ago always posts pictures, it’s greener than Portland where it rains constantly. I don’t know where you’re living if you’re complaining about trees and green, clearly not Summerlin since it’s green throughout and loaded with trees like it’s a completely different state. Personally I don’t prefer that, I like the beauty of the desert and mountains. I am escaping tree-central and don’t care about some boring mundane thing like trees. I could get more excited about paint drying than a freaking tree. Anyway, palm trees are the prettiest and coolest trees.
It's posts like these that seriously cause me to wonder what your exact age is?

I don't know which Portland you're describing but the Portland Oregon I've been to is exceptionally green and lush, much much more than Summerlin could ever dream of being.

Agreed. I have a hard time seeing how eight Raiders games a year will have a major impact on real estate, and especially given LV's strict stance on Airbnb. Did the NASCAR track do much to improve real estate values?

Summerlin is well landscaped. It’s not full of trees. The landscaping is done by the HOA. This is the Mohave desert. One of the hottest places on earth. Death Valley is also in the Mohave. I went to school in Bullhead AZ. We once got to 129.

Hey, they said they are doing it. I am leaving. My kids moved to the east coast. I am just telling it like it is.

We have trees in our vacation house in Deer Valley. With trees comes moose.

Then, with moose comes moose butt berries. I'll not post a picture of those. However, I'll post a screenshot from a Nextdoor post up there:
