I started this thread almost a year ago thinking it was a long shot but possible. Many times teams have flirted with other cities but rarely does it actually happen.

Regardless of whether this ends up costing locals nothing or it ends up being a giant tax burden (I happen to think it will be somewhere in the middle), having the NFL here is going to be cool.

What makes it any better than what already happens? Rooms are going to be impossible to come by maybe the locals can strike it rich with Airbnb. Otherwise it's already a massive party with lots of money showing up, if anything it might reduce the gaming take as gamblers get priced out by NFL officials and the CEO crowd.

Again that which perfects the Strip helps Las Vegas. Now we need three or four more places built on the north strip. And another 15,000 rooms.

The intent is that there is no where in the world that is anything like it.

And over the decades the Stadium will prove just another piece of the grand design.

We need less rooms. My hotel-condo averages 91% occupancy, nothing wrong with 98%.....lol.

RAIDERS should reserve THURDAY night football dates. Vegas doesnt need more tourists on weekends. Do you think this is possible.
