16501 E. Truman Rd . . . that would be the office address on the south side I believe. Did the company stretch across Truman Rd for its operational side?

I thought that might be too easy. The building pictured was on the north side.

Your turn Silver Doc.

Yes, you are quite correct, sir! The office and weigh scales were on the south, and a covered conveyor did cross from the north side across Truman to the south side. It was a very convenient set-up. The rock was mined just below and just north of the crusher and other machinery needed to process the limestone into gravel, then transferred across Truman to be weighed, loaded onto trucks and transported all over the area At the time, there was another location(maybe the main headquarters, I can't be for certain) at the end of Grand Avenue on the Missouri River in Kansas City. Anyone else have any additional info?

Good guess, but you need to go straight west from there.

I personally never viewed this scene during this time frame. My Beloved and I place this in the south part of town, and taken around 1957.

Well, there is an I-70 junction sign shown in the photo and I-70 would not have been in existence in 1957. Perhaps it is M-291?

Were you thinking Ruskin Heights? That's too far south. Sorry! Too long in the way-back machine! You need to go forward 40+yrs.

You are correct with your statement about I-70, but you are incorrect about M-291.

It looks like it could be Noland Road approaching Lynn Court many years ago?

But based on what you say is 40+ years later than 1957, I would not have thought that there could be this much vacant land on a major roadway approaching I-70 in that time frame west of M-291. That would make the time frame from 1997 to around 2000.
