I am guessing the photo was taken at Baker Street and Truman Road looking west on Truman with the next street west being Kiger going north. The building was originally a Bell Telephone service facility of some type.

I'm guessing your memory is too good for me! You are indeed correct, and Ma Bell still uses that facility.

The Southwestern Bell facility at Kiger and Truman either replaced or supplemented this former Southwest Bell facility at 222 E Walnut. This building opened in the early 50s.

Well, it could be Marie Wilson Rd.

She was a household name in the 52-54 timeframe, chuckle. Not as big as Lucy but big nonetheless.
