Kiger and 24 does not have traffic lights now and did not when I was a kid. Maybe it did in the interim just before Lee's Summit Road was finished to 24, though. Those wire hung lights always were supposed to be temporary and cheaper.

When I was stopped by myself on that intersection at age 16, I spun out into traffic going west trying to keep a tramp from getting in the passenger side of my car. He came from nowhere and scared the heck out me. He just got to the door when I took off. To this day, I bless the automatic door locks.

The white square building in the back ground seems recognizable as being on 24, west of Kiger, I think. Also, looks like that could be Kiger going north in the foreground.
