Rumor mill is there is a Amazon sort/distribution center coming. This is not to be confused with the already built Amazon fulfillment center. There actually is a difference between the two.

You can get passenger traffic for any airport in the country, but it's slow to update as well (or maybe they update as soon as they get the data, which could be slow coming in to them). Be patient - sometimes the site is slow to load.

Drove out University going west this morning, and noticed there are 3 quite large cranes on site. They must be building the apartments with ground floor retailed that was announced a few months ago.
