In any case construction is supposed to be complete by November 2022. Kind of an odd/ unusual name for the road. Maybe an individual involved in the project, or landowner.

“Think of this as a new industrial park for the city. The first project was Buffalo Rock. We now have a new buyer that wants to buy 134 acres just north of Buffalo Rock. What they want to build is a $100,000,000 distribution logistics spec type facility that would attract a national tenant,” said Director of Urban and Economic Development, Shane Davis.

Gunter’s Way is currently being designed and will be up for approval at the next city council meeting.

I wish our airport would resume publication of the detailed statistics by carrier that were made available in the past. Birmingham airport does a great job with this.

Instead, HSV can't even be bothered to update the total number of passengers per month. This page only goes to February and here we are halfway through October.

Rumor mill is there is a Amazon sort/distribution center coming. This is not to be confused with the already built Amazon fulfillment center. There actually is a difference between the two.

Here's another source that's a little more up to date: https://transtats.bts.gov/airports.a...&pn44vr4=SNPgf

You can get passenger traffic for any airport in the country, but it's slow to update as well (or maybe they update as soon as they get the data, which could be slow coming in to them). Be patient - sometimes the site is slow to load.

Any word on when the existing Amazon fulfillment center will open (or have they already opened?)?

Drove out University going west this morning, and noticed there are 3 quite large cranes on site. They must be building the apartments with ground floor retailed that was announced a few months ago.

At Mid City? one is for the Amphitheater, the others are probably for Encore and or Metronome.

No, in Providence. I left out that vital point.

There are at least 3 at MidCity as well - one at the amphitheater, two at one spot which is probably one of the two places you mentioned.
