Winnipeg hasn't won a playoff game since they have moved back to Winnipeg (I believe).

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Mild take the series, even without our QB.

Dubnyk will have to play well, but that goes without saying.

Kuhlman is a beast. Well coached game by Sandelin. Notre Dame wins by pushing people around, and they weren't having it. They were clogging the passing lanes wonderfully, and they withstood the Irish's push in the 2nd. All you have to do with a team that has trouble getting shots on goal is keep your stick on the ice and keep skating. That's what they did and it brought them another title. Any team that beats Notre Dame in anything is ok with me. Nice to see someone in the State of Hockey still representing!

The Wild capped the night by beating the Sharks afterward. Still don't think they have much of a shot vs. Winnipeg, but at least they aren't going into the playoffs on a losing streak.

Staal tied the single season goals record (42) on the last shot of the season last night, empty netter.

They actually might have a shot against the Jets...Jets haven't won a game, let alone playoff series, since being back in Winnipeg.

I know it's a different team and so on and they got us 3-1 in the regular season, but still...it's a "junk stat" to give hope!

I don't think they'll win the series, but I am behind them. This is a great rivalry to kick off the playoffs with and it's gonna be electric.

Not just Dubnyk! You also need the likes of Granlund, Parise, Staal, Dumba, Brodin, Neiderreiter, Coyle, Koivu, Zucker, and a recently returned Spurgeon to all shift up gears big time together! It would be even better if one or two of the newer players shows up big time as well! If they can channel a "Next Man Up" mentality that the Eagles' Super Bowl winning squad of last NFL season had after Wentz went down, and use Suter's injury to galvanize them, then I see them pushing the series to a winner-take-all Game 7 - the stuff that forges and cements GREAT RIVALRIES!

We can say all we want regarding what can happen on the ice during the series, but the onus is on the players to prove us right or wrong while they play! Until the fat lady sings, GO WILD GO!

Typical Wild playoff performance thus far. Too bad, Dubnyk has actually played well all things considered.

Got a feeling we’ll be talking offseason plans this time next week.

The Wild need to take the next 3 years off and get some top 5 picks. These perennial "kind of good" teams are getting old.

Maybe. But not even top-5 necessarily mean you're going to win anything (at least if you're Edmonton). Loved seeing them regress after the whole world thinking McJesus was going to be a game changer.

The Wild should start with Cliff Fletcher making smart trades and free agent signings.

I do not know what the Wild's 2018-2019 payroll and salary cap looks like. The Wild should have cap space to work with for the 2019-2020 season when Tyler Ennis and Eric Staal walk.
