Checked out some additional new sections of the Swamp Rabbit Trail today. South of I-85 by ReWa offices. Great to see the trail keep on adding mileage.

I apologize if I'm way off base, but I noticed the name Jeanne Lenhardt Memorial Bridge. Is this close to the Lenhardt Creek development? What developments/neighborhoods are in this area? It's very pretty. Thanks for the pics ... so beautiful.

It is unrelated to the Lenhardt Creek development, which appears to be in Easley. The nearest neighborhood is Nicholtown - which is still in the process of revitalization, part of which involves this trail. Some parts of the Nicholtown are now not so bad, but you'd need to do careful research before buying.

Other nearby, walkable neighborhoods are Alta Vista and Cleveland Forest, but very pricey.

As an aside, I looked up the story of Jeanne Lenhardt to see how the bridge got its name. (about halfway down the page).

Thanks. I appreciate your response to my question.
