Wanting apt near Swamp rabbit trail. (Duncan, Furman: low income, apartments, to rent)

I'm coming up next weekend to do some apartment hunting does anyone know where there might be some close to the Swamp Rabbit trail?

Here are some that come to mind - I don't know anything about these apartments myself.

Right off the trail:
Andover Park
831 Cleveland St

Across the street:
Crossroads
926 Cleveland St

Might find something to rent at Riverbend Condos
925 Cleveland St

Several blocks - I'm not familiar with the neighborhood:
Forest View Apartments at The Heritage
200 Clark St

Thanks I'll check those out. I got a few in mind to look at just not sure how close they are to the trail.

Some of these are very low income apartments and not places that are desirable. Crossroads and Andover are the two I have in mind.

Try Vinnings at Duncan Chapel apts. These are great apts approx 2 min. from Furman and 3 min. from the trail. Prices begin around $700/mo. We stayed their seven months while our house was being constructed. The staff is first rate.
