Thanks bikeoid. I appreciate the link. Why is it considered part of the SRT when it's not even connected to the main trail?
I love that it's a start and hopefully it gets added onto.
Usually when I'm out on a run/walk, I go at least 5miles and in the Ft Inn/Simpsonville area there just aren't that many places to go off roads. I really see a need for a long nice trail because of all the bikes I see out and about on the main roads.
I usually just find me some nice country roads or go in different neighborhoods for variety.

The only thing I can think of is that the Greenways Master Plan could eventually bring trails out that far, but I haven't heard a definite explanation.
I'd love to see the SRT extend from Fountain Inn to meet the main trail. Is there any way we can get involved to help with this?

I come from Five Forks as well and park at the Linky Stone Park off River Street. It is less than 2 miles to the zoo and you pass the beautiful falls on the way. We go to the zoo, let the kids play on the playground and then run back to Linky. You could park at the zoo and go from there as well.

Bumping this up so more can view and sign. Need to do this before next Tuesday, April 10.
