Today is the last day of grandparent duty and it's a doozy. We have to get the kids from school, bring them home and make them eat something and change, get one off to football practice and the other to cheer practice and we then we get to go home and eat. I'm thinking of cooking a Beyond beef patty on the Traeger in the afternoon and then having a salad in the evening. We'll see how it goes!

I'm traveling so tonight it's going to be either Middle Eastern takeout or Chinese takeout. Maybe even East Indian.

A cobbled up salad of some kind that will include good cheese, greens, and tomatoes, and some hot and spicy ham. And most likely whatever the crisper drawer will yield.

I had a rather large garden salad with a raspberry vinagrette dressing. I eat one 3 days a week. Filling, yet low calorie. It must work because last year at this time I was a bit over 240 pounds. Today my scale showed 229 for the 3rd day in a row.
