We had more snow overnight and it is freezing cold outside...

Unfortunately we are not getting your snow. We are getting freezing rain! I am so jealous!!!
I made a chickpeas salad. A can of chickpeas, washed and dried, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, olives, green onion. And I made a simple dressing: olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, paprika, onion powder.
It was very good. I only ate 1/3 of it. I put my dressing on the portion that I ate. We'll have the rest of the salad for the following days.
I got on the scales today - I am having water with a side of air.
Wait until tomorrow.
