I pan fried two small baked potatoes in some olive oil and then made a two egg omelet -- just used a spicy Georgian seasoning I just bought at Trader Joe's (it was very good) and some leftover Mexican shredded cheese. Had two toasted MINI bagels with cream cheese to accompany and a cup of chamomile tea. It was very filling -- almost too much frankly.
Baked Chicken breast stuffed with green chiles, cream cheese and shredded cheddar smothered in Hatch Green Chile sauce. I found an amazing Mexican rice recipe and made that along with some steamed carrots with coriander. I made some homemade chocolate ice cream for dessert in my new Cuisinart ice cream maker (impulse buy - big mistake! )
I’ve never made them homemade, but the boxed brand I buy now and then (Mrs. T’s) appears to be frozen raw. I’m sure yours will be even more delicious.
Okay, thx, Deb. My mum said the same.

Med... The dough does have egg & milk. I'd think parboiling is best, but I read 50-50 online & like Debsi, my mum said she thinks she froze them raw... although honestly, at age 89, I don't think she recalls 100%.
At this point, I think I'll do both, so I can test for the next time. In fact, unfortunately, the dough is ready now at 10:30pm. I might as well keep going.
dinner date tonight. Don't know what I'll get yet, but the restaurant is American with a bit of a Tex-Mex twist menu, generally.
